nt-trading announces the FDA approval

With pleasure and pride, nt-trading GmbH & Co KG announces the approval of its Ti-base for individual milled zirconium abutment and 2-CONnect abutment for bridges and bars by the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) according to the approval procedure 510(k). This innovative hybrid abutment solution for ten different implant systems will fundamentally change dental CAD/CAM technology, as it will support physicians and technicians in the implementation of new individual treatment processes and prosthetic treatment for the patients. The system components were presented at the annual midwinter meeting in Chicago from February 23 – 25.

The 510K approval is the precondition for the distribution of products in the USA and is the seal of quality for high-quality products.

nt-trading GmbH & Co KG has focused its work on the development and manufacturing of high-quality products, the improvement of prosthetic manufacturing processes as well as on the optimization of prosthetic treatment options.

The permanently controlled manufacturing process of the nt-trading products meets the high safety requirements of the public health authorities in both Europe (CE certification) and the USA (FDA approval) as well as in Canada (CADCAS certificate).

Further approval procedures for the hybrid abutment portfolio in Japan and other countries will soon be finalized.
